How can I contact Phinavo?

You can contact us on info@phinavo.co.uk where our customer sevice team will be happy to help with whatever you want. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

We are currently just focussing on the UK. 

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the UK. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as soon as possible, you must request changes or cancellations within 12 hours. All request after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund, after it is received. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA & Mastercard etc) and PayPal payments. 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out of our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday - Friday. 

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from your order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

As it is being shipped from the UK, it should be with you within 1-3 business days.

What if I don't receive my order? 

If you don't receieve your order within 2 weeks after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. 

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I receive are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us at info@phinavo.co.uk if your item(s) are defective, incorrect or damaged. Please include your orde number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as fast as possible. 

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. All payments should be sent to your bank within 7-10 working days of your returned receipt being issed or cancellation request. Please contact the card issuing bank with questions about when the credit will show up in your bank account. 

If you haven't received credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the credit appears in your account.
